LIT Conference

What is the L.I.T. Conference?

The "Living In Truth" Youth and Young Adult Conference 2019 will empower youth and young adults to embrace their Godly purpose, pursue spiritual growth and develop leadership skills. Our theme will encourage you to "Walk Boldly" (Acts 4:31) in all that God has in store for you.  This 3-day conference will be filled with powerful worship services, interactive sessions and community outreach.

Three Goals:

    • Spiritual Living: The first  goal of the LIT Conference is to teach youth and young adults effective ways to live and grow authentically in their spiritual lives.
    • Leadership: The second goal of the LIT Conference involves developing young leaders.  The LIT Conference will teach leadership skills and how to become fruitful servant leaders in the world.
    • Witness: Most importantly, the LIT Conference will encourage youth to share their faith stories with others and equip them to share the story of the Gospel of Jesus Christ  (Matthew 28:19-20).

  • If possible, layer  your t-shirts (multiple shirts) with the outer t-shirt layer being a "white t-shirt" to get the full effect of the colors at the finish-line. We recommend that you also bring pair of shades for eye protection.
For Water Balloon Fight:
  • Immediately following the Color Run we'll have a giant water balloon challenge with over a thousand balloons.
  • Here is where your multiple t-shirts will come in handy because the water balloons will be flying everywhere.
  • We recommend that you bring a towel to dry off afterwards. We'll have wet-nap wipes and some towels available.
For Friday's Concert:
  • Rep your church!! If you have a church or youth ministry t-shirt wear it to the worship concert on Friday night.
